Are you passionate about cooking? In our cooking class we will teach you all the secrets to prepare the famous love knot. The chef Ivana, a DOC Valeggiana, will accompany you through all the steps. The class does not require any preparation or knowledge. You will be provided with all the necessary materials: apron, work boards, pastry cutter, eggs, flour and filling. Please, bring your children too, the class is also for the little ones!

What is there to know?

The experience will not end with the Cooking Class, the pleasure will continue sitting at the table where the products prepared during the cooking class will be served, accompanied by local wines selected by us. To complete the meal, a typical dessert, the Sbrisolona, will also be served.

Description

We are a restaurant located inside the public park that connects Valeggio sul Mincio to Borghetto, in a historic building from the late 1800s. Our story begins in 2016 with the renovation of the building left in a state of abandonment. In April 2017 we finally opened our doors and our adventure began! Our belief is to enhance and let people discover our territory, both through our home cooking, with fresh products of our own production, but also through activities such as cooking classes and guided tours.

Mirco and Serena, brother and sister, we are the owners of this business and together with our collaborators we will make you feel welcomed as if you were at home.
